Night Guards

Many patients unknowingly clench and grind their teeth, a common condition known as bruxism. While this may seem harmless, it can actually have significant oral health consequences including wear and fracture of natural tooth structure, dental fillings, and crowns. Bruxism can also contribute to jaw pain, headaches, and decreased sleep quality. Occlusal guards, or night guards, are custom made oral appliances that are worn at night to help address and alleviate symptoms caused by bruxism. Our office offers both hard and soft night guards designed to accommodate the majority of patients who have bruxism.
